    Timing on Decel

Yes I am trying to get some negative timing on decel for burble. I know most of you will hate that. Its not so much that I want it but Im doing things like that to try to learn HP tuners better... Im out of other things to do on my vehicle. Anyways its a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7. I have the spark set to -5 from 2240 rpm to 5792 rpm in the lower aircharge areas in every single spark table there is. I know thats not necessary but Im trying everything I can. When I go log it, as long as it is below 3000 rpm or above 5000 rpm, it runs -5 timing. But in between 3000 and 5000 its like it totally disregards it. It runs as high as 31 in between there. And it is running in the aircharge range that should make it run -5. Just wondering what could make it do that.

did you use the part throttle timing table ?
I use later timing for down hill to retard engine power.

You mean just to get some fuel in there? I was just trying to get this timing issue figured out and then I will play around with the other stuff.

Here's a log... I just realized I didn't have the channels set right so if there's not enough information let me know.
