i have almost stock 2013 6.4 hemi, but with longtubes (without rear o2 sensors and catalysts), CAI.
i've made minor changes in spark for 95 octane, the delay for front o2 sensors and maxed out cats temp.
what should i do next?

post the stock tune.
Next is log, log, log, see how the car is behaving with your current tune, fill it up take a long drive.
Auto or manual transmission?
The more logs you have the better you can set up shift schedules,
