My box showing up under another serial numbered box

I have a guy that we did the motor in and tuned it. I saved the file and all was well. He gets another guy to do some WOT tuning and I send him the file I read and he sends a file back. Now the car owner has purchased his own box to dump files in/out of and all the things I have liscensee for, when he click the I and I again in the editor, it shows my vehicles I have done. I have his serial number if Bill or someone has to look into this. Apologize for the typing, three days out of knee surgery and managing pain
Is theere like and INI or BIN file he can delete? He says he has a horrible time updatung interface but he is using a mobile wifi spot and I never have an issue but I do it on the housee wifi?

Yes he can delete the license.dat file found in the documents-hptuners-settings folder, that will remove all the remnant licenses from other devices that he previously connected to.
