Turbocharged 2012 VE Commodore 3.6l v6 SIDI AFM(E85) Flex Fuel E39 PCM

Hi,
What is the best way to tune the E39 PCM, I have already configured a 2.8bar (LS3) map sensor, i have the vehicle running, idling & driving on e85, but only to 100kpa and it goes super lean it cuts engine. I'm not to sure which maps to change to add more fuel, the MAF is still plugged in but doesn't seem to change anything even if its the pipe in front of turbo or sitting in engine bay not reading any airflow. Any Help would be much appreciated.
