Do all three MAF codes to MIL on first error, you should see code P0103 come up if it's in speed density.
I don't know what yours mods are but if that cylinder volume is right, you should stop now and get way way bigger injectors. Stock 25lb/hr ain't gonna cut it.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
