Opinions on quarter mile times after new upgrades 4000 stall converter and 3.92 gears

I have a stock 6.1 hemi charger with CAI and straight piped. it was dyno tuned and gained around 30hp at the wheels. My best time was 13.05 on street tires. I recently installed a 4000 stall protorque converter and 3.92 getrag with stage 5 axles. Also a brand new set of MT 305 ET Streets. I have read guys pick up 4-7 tenths with the new gears alone. I also read with the torqe converter guys pickup 3-5 tenths.... with this combo is it possible for more to run close to 12.20 or even 12.00? thanks in advance!

These are the gains I got going from a Comp S3 HRT cam + Stock converter(~1800) vs TCI 3700stall. It was dramatic change.(2016 5.7)

Video at the staring line showed car launch ok but the stock converter caused the car to just lay down until ~3900rpm when the Cam would come in and it would take off.

The higher stall convertor and trans tune dropped 0-60mph by over 1s

I would have installed a cam long, long before a "dyno tune"

Then 4000rpm stall seems ridiculously high for a stock cammed 6.1.

i figured with max torque at 5200 rpm it would help launch hard near max torque

But no rpms left to build up any mph. If you leave with engine at close to 4000rpm at zero mph. Engine needs to make HP from 4000 to at least 7500rpm to make a good pass. If you shift at 5500 you will fall back into converter slip rpm range and just cook your trans fluid. But there is a possible good outcome. Some over state the converter stall when selling to make the sale, and even with a 4000 stall. A mild built motor wont load the converter enough to get it up tp 4000. So it may work like a 2500 stall converter.
