2007 Crown Vin PPV Manual Swap questions

Helping a customer flash a 07 PPV with a manual swap. Issue right now is car is dropping into limp move at 4k RPM
I changed the strategy to multiple different options. With automatic disabled. Same issue

Flashed an 09 Manual mustang tune on and car will not start. Disabled PATS and no start.

    Tunes attached

    Any suggestions?

the only thing i see that wasnt checked in the 09 Manual Mustang base is the load switch you have it disabled and should set to 2. But you have the right idea You can just use a processor code from a manual car, and your existing ecu.

YOUR CRANKING BUT NO START, do you have the test light, check injectors for pulse/power. if that is good then check spark. It sounds like their still might be an issue with PATS as Decipha stated maybe one way limiter switch. Do you have a J2534, or Forscan? it may be you need to pick a mustang pcm closer to your model year. You always need to read strategy (when the car is untuned) to get the correct box code for any 2005+ vehicle, fords has reflashing them all with updates, even 2006 V6 mustang has had a new reflash in the past years.

They change the equizzer and TPPC version between these, so you must use the correct code or you will get a no start. SO if PATS is disabled are you getting any warning lights on dash or DTC's? It may be possible the 09 mustang cal is using a different equizzer and TPPC version.
