2010 Charger 3.5L AWD - C1078 code

10 Charger 3.5L AWD setting 'C1078:tire revolutions range performance' in the DTCM shortly after losing traction on ice or snow (Tires and pressures are all equal, with no wheel speed sensor faults). "T-Case" message is displayed in dash, and it disables AWD, which is a little counterintuitive. The diagnosis for the code involves replacing the TIPM, which has been done already.

Would love to know if anyone has run into this before, and I'm at the point where I want to know EXACTLY which parameters I could adjust with the tuner that might decrease the chances of this code from setting, as it isn't a P or U code that can be disabled in any modules.

I did see somewhere online a TSB for this code coming on in 2011 chargers where the fix is a flash for the DTCM, but i'm skeptical because that is the newer gen Charger, and i know this does not have an available flash for the DTCM on WiTech.
