hesitation on takeoff

im noticing hesitation when leaving from a stop. the car motor tries to rev but it breaks up and no movement till the throttle v gets to .45
at idel the voltage reads 0.0 so from o.o to .45 its breaking up and no movement, once it does move, its a scalded cat and have to feather the pedal to help with the jump. 9any suggestion on where to look? thanks in advanced.

greetings. today ill be able to take car out and create a log.been stuck in bad for a little. as of now i have o2'2 disabled because both upstream are bad. i in open loop.this has been happening for awhile now.thank you guys for responding. ill have that log later today.

so from time stamp 0:00 to roughly 3:00 that's a log of your car just idling ?

i apologize for that but after that 3 mins of idling,it gets up to 3rd gear after. did you see that or no? if not ill send a different log. thanks again for replying.
