In the attached log file you can see, first test drive it would rip the tires
off, bouncing off the rev limiter, and lots of power.
2nd log for second test drive and now a complete dog, won't even turn
the tires. If i floor it it just bogs, bad.

You applied a custom OS and didn't rebuild the VE table. Doing the COS fills the VE with default placeholder numbers.

Applying COS also fills in default MAP linear & offset, if you didn't change the MAP sensor to a for-real 3-bar that needs put back to whatever matches the sensor.
Hard to believe it even started with it like that.
Not only did it change the OS, the VE table. It also changes the MAP sensor data among other things.
Also your data log is lacking data. No knock retard, o2 sensors, fuel trims, injector pulse width avg and a wideband.
My guess is that he installed a wrong OS. If no boost, don't apply the 3 bar OS. Only use the regular speed density enhanced OS and fail the MAF correctly.
