Brand New MPVi2 Problems

So I got a brand new backup device and have tried it on multiple vehicles and it will not connect to anything using either stable or beta versions of scanner or editor. We have a few other devices that work fine. Bill if you are in here. This is my support number 46477

EDIT: FirmwareVersion: 2.0.123 is whats on it but it doesn't say it has an update when I resync.
