E67 Engine Swap to IV Gen ECM

My new Project is a 78 El Camino. I have a Chevy 350 that I built several years ago and will re-freshen it as the bases of my new build. I also have a TPI system that I will update with EFIConnection hardware on this build. I plan to run a 4L60E ungraded to 4L75E specs. I would love to swap-in a late model dash, say from a 2015+ Camaro. This would more than likely require a BCM swap as well.

After looking at the different ECM options, I'm planning on using the E67 ECM.

I guess after looking at everything and searching over the forums, my questions have to deal with the VIN.

Will I be able to program this using the El Camino VIN? I also realize that if I swap in any Canbus Dash electronics, I will need to program them with the correct/matching VIN as well.

Also how will this work with the licensing procedures?

    Thank You
    Billy

Also, what would be the best Vehicle Tune/OS to start with?

You will NOT be able to program your E67 ecm to an El Camino vin number using our products. You would need to first find a solution for that.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
