Idle RPM modifiers and throttle blip

Im trying to bring the idle down, the car runs really well so far, starts great, my idle is a little high still

It idles around 850 but I am able to command a 775 in the scanner and it comes right down, I just cant figure out where its modified from the base rpm table

The other thing is the VE table is getting good, but Im getting a quick lean on hard throttle down, not much but I would like to add a little fuel like an accel pump
