fuel cut off tabs and tables

    My car is a 2017 Camaro Zl1 m6,
I have two questions with regards to the Fuel Cut Off tabs and tables, if any one can help me it would be greatly appreciated: both are under the "RPM LIMITS" I am trying to keep the car from bogging, also to get the car to rev over 4000 rpm in 1st gear 0 mph and still be able to use the "No Lift Shift"
1/ under "Miscl. Cutoff" what does Case Leam do or control, is a setting of 5000 rpm good?
2/under Acceleration Based", what does "Accel Thresh" do or control, most seem to set all cells to 0, is this good to do?
I set the "Commanded Torque" table to 6042 for neutral and 1st gear, this allowed me to rev the engine to the setting I have for "Extreme Cutoff" but I lost the no lift shift. I am going to try putting the rpm to 5000 in Neutral under "Cutoff" "In Gear", to see if this solves my problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
