MPVI2 protocol failed 2021 Durango

2021 Durango Hellcat no protocol and unable to detect proper RTD+ firmware build for vehicle.

All firmware up to date and files synced.

Looking to download file for tuner.
New to HP Tuners but not tune loading/downloading on the hellcat platform.


Any help appreciated.

Yes. Installed.

edit:

it would query vehicle before smart cord install, just not read file.
After install of smart access, it will not query nor detect protocol .

I reset RDT+ back to factory setting and reinstalled ... same result.
