Hi fellow tuners,
Wanted to know what's the appropriate tables and areas to scale if changing the 1 bar MAP sensor to a 2 bar (from an Gen IV LSA ZL1 or CTSV), into a C7 LT1 application. It's gonna be an A&A kit. Kit didn't bring a 2 Bar MAP nor a baro breakout harness, but I'd really like to tune this C7 auto the most correct way possible for boost, to assist the torque calculations to be accurate and just to have everything kosher.
Also, how many of you are actually tuning boost on LT1s with a 2 bar and a breakout harness? Seems like a mixed bag out there. Heard some even do without the 2 Bar and leave the 1 bar, but sounds to me like a recipe for torque calculation disaster, even if it's a MAF tune.
CORRECTION: It was always a 3 bar sensor (PN 12592525) to be retrofitted, which is the LSA ZL1/CTSV pressurized MAP sensor. I incorrectly said 2 bar.
