Those of you with a new motor/ old tranny combo what did you use for a VSS ?
Are there any that will fit?
i would like to run one and just wonder what everyone else has used
i specifically need it to fit a NP205 transfer case
will i have any drivablity issues if i cant get one for the Tcase and put it in the tranny? my concern is in low range because of a 4:1 reduction the computer will think im going much faster than i actually am.

If you can find out what the pulse per mile is, you can just use that in the speedo settings. The ECM only needs a reference signal to work. Many have made the TH350/TH400 (as well as other non-E trans) work using a Electric VSS.
I use the VSS from the LS1 T56. Sorry that doesn't help you.
