Any reason HP Tuners support is non existent? Calling, messaging no answers. You would think they would invest in Phones and actually answer them. Thinking of switching to Diablo Tuning since they actually have humans answer phones and they actually care about their customers.

    Rant over.

Telephone support is so last century (LOL).

Fewer and fewer companies offer telephone support in our modern world - it is simply too expensive to operate.

HP Tuners support functions via the Support Ticket system. If you have an issue with the interface or software, you need to submit a Support Ticket.

They do not offer any "how to" training for people new to using tuning software. Nor do they answer basic questions that amount to "hand holding".

The Diablo products may be a better fit for you - as most of their products are intended for people who don't know anything about tuning.

I'm sorry you're having troubles and we'd love to help you. Have you already opened up a support ticket? If so, do you have your ticket number so that we can review the status? If not, please open a support ticket here: https://support.hptuners.com
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
