Failed to flash. Now can't start truck.

Just tried to flash the latest tune sent to me by my tuner and got a 'Failed to Start error. I then disconnected and reconnected the battery and tried to start the truck and now it doesn't even attempt to start. Pulled the negative for a few minutes and tried again. Same issue.

Any ideas?

This is on a 2008 Toyota Tundra.

Any luck with this? I have similiar issue, no start. After reading and modding the file, went to write and controller init failed...Tundra fail write.jpg
