Lean idle 1999 5.9 magnum JTEC

First time tuning. I have a lean idle, but every time I try to richen it up I can see my LTFT?s start pulling more fuel out and my AFR goes back to lean again. I keep trying to richen it up and the computer keeps pulling fuel out. What am I doing wrong? I?m using an AEM 30-4110 AFR gauge for data logging. Ltft are now -20 with afr 16-17. When I started AFR was about the same with ltft negative single digits.

May just be bad O2 sensors. Not sure if the belly pan in the intake manifold would cause it to pull fuel to lean out - usually that's just a vacuum leak that causes a lean condition on these. Could also just be a bad wideband sensor - do an open air calibration test and see if it passes - if not bad wideband sensor.
