2004 z06 will not accelerate after intake manifold/LS2 throttle body

    Hi all,

To say this has been frustrating is a huge understatement. I'm working on my brothers 2004 Corvette Z06. The car has an A&A SC kit, and we were looking to go e85. So while installing 1000cc injectors, I suggested an intake manifold(holley low ram), two bar MAP, which then required a 4 bolt throttle body. We went the LS3 route(gold blade), caspers harness, and with all the wire swapping, it still did nothing. Car starts, idles, cant be driven. Idle is ok, but AFR are at 22.4, maxed out. When you accelerate, the car shuts off. So, we bought a "silver blade", same thing. Bought this from Summit, based on a suggestion, https://www.summitracing.com/parts/smp-s20002, car starts, idles, but will not move.

I tested the input at the TB and TAC module, and at the pedal directly, and the voltage will not change. I just dont see how a pedal sensor could magically fail on a running car.

I've attached the current "tune", the previous tune, both are set up for SD i'm told, and the latest idle log. PLEASE HELP! I just feel so beat up over this like I'm missing something.

I will add, I had codes P0120, P0220, P1516 prior with the last two TB's. Even with the harness having tps 1/2 swapped, and 5v/ground swapped.

The newest TB throws the same codes, until I swap TPS 1/2, then no codes. I swapped them because It was seeing reverse TP% when in used

Actually had this same problem with 2 different summit racing tb's a couple of weeks ago. One would set codes and the second would free rev to 3000rpms after it idled for a couple of secs. Wound up throwing a tbss tb on it and no problems since. It was an 02 or 03 silverado running a cammed 6.0 swap with the same intake manifold for what it's worth.

it turns out the injector data on my thumb drive was for 1400cc inj not 1000c. I adjusted the IFR, and it runs!
