I have a 2014 silverado installed a on3 performance turbo kit and I'm using a remote tuner and they said I need to relocate the baro? I'm totally new at this any help is appreciated.

Several of us remote tune if we can help. But yes relocating baro is a good idea

So use a breakout harness use stock map in harness use 3 bar for manifold and iat sensor in charge pipe?

Do I need both or just baro? They didn't mention iat
I would ask your tuner which they would prefer you use. Can be beneficial to breakout the IAT as well.
