Advice on fuel pump activation

hey guys I just reworked my l86 harness I did not have an ECM so I purchased a brand new unit I have disabled vats patch 1 and 2 and went thru the DTC list and got that all done I have one issue my fuel pump does not turn on when I key on could someone please guide me in the right direction on what to change I'm using an external bosh pump with LS regulator if I energize the pump manually it fires right up any help would be appreciated thanks

I'll try. Are you running the Fuel Pump Control Module? Are the wires correctly pinned?

If not, there is a FPCM work around/bypass you can search for. I believe it uses a 30A relay to run the fuel pump.
