I go leaner with more alcohol content. On my truck I ask for 12.4-12.5AFR on gas and lean it out to 12.8-12.9 at higher than 60% alcohol content.
Off hand I forget my exact numbers I used in both EQ ratio's.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
