i see several issues. idle airflow, 21lb injectors. virtual VE table, way to much timing and a few other issues that need some attention. i cant make changes because i dont have a license for your tune. i suggest finding your local tuner.

Like Tuffy indicated, it's tuned for a 4.8L engine. It does have too much timing at WOT. Typically 26 degrees is close to max for a truck with 93 octane gas. Yours has 30 degrees.
You injectors are the factory 29.4 lb/hr injector, so they will be fine. You can likely fix the idle issue by add another 1-2 gms/sec to the Min Airflow table. I would also address the timing tables and would recommend disabling Desoot Mode as well.

Stock bore 5.3 is 665.92 per cylinder, not 600.79.

Edit > Navigator (or hit CTRL+N). Type in likely keywords. 'Desoot'. (or the ID number, if that's all you know)
