Hello,
the INJ Duty drops off at around 5.500 rpm.
max INJ Duty is 53%, in older logs its rising up to approx. 70% @ 6.600 rpm.
Engine is a Gen 2 5.0GT - stock.
Are the injectors defect ?

0,85 @ 2.500rpm drops to 0,82 @6.500rpm
over 6.500rpm it drops down 0,75 because of catalyst temp
here`s the complete log.

You're logging too many parameters or your polling interval is too low. The chart is misleading because it interpolates between samples. If you look at injector pulse width, you only got 4 samples of the pulse width in the entire time that you were full throttle. The duty cycle is a math calculation with RPM in the equation, so it looks smooth, but there are only 4 discrete samples of actual injector pulse width, so it's totally inaccurate. In this picture, I circled in red where the pulse width updates happen. The chart display will just draw lines between the points, but that isn't what's actually happening. Remove a ton of unnecessary parameters and increase the polling interval of pulse width to the fastest setting and you will get better data.
