Injector data is more than just the flow rate, and that's all you've changed in the file.

like i said very new to the tuning I am not sure what area i need to modify and what it should look like
    ~Robert

Would you be able to alter the tables I need and reattach file to this thread I would appreciate the help
and this way if you have noted on the reply what areas you adjusted then i can see with the compare file function.
Thanks in advance if you can do so but if not i understand people are busy.

Injector data is specific to each part number. If your injectors didn't come with all the data in the format a GM PCM/ECM needs, well... I wouldn't say they are worthless, because I guess you could sell them on to someone else.

You also have a VE table that got filled with placeholder data when the custom OS was applied. Same for the MAP sensor linear & offset - if your actual sensor doesn't use the default placeholder values of 200/10.33, that needs to be corrected as well.

Yeah, but all those applications use a 22.2lb injector, not 80lb. If they're modified then none of the stock data applies any more. If they are aftermarket higher-flow injectors with the same outside dimensions as 17109596 then none of the data applies any more. Plus, that early Vortec PCM doesn't have the injector tables you'd need to convert the data over to P01/P59 format.

If you really truly need injectors that'll support ~1000hp then you will need to buy real aftermarket injectors from a reputable company that supplies full data with their parts. This is expensive. But then again considering everything else needed at that level, how much the injectors cost is pretty insignificant.

But if your real-world (not fantasy 'one of these days...') power goals are more realistic, like 650-700 (at the crank), then there are ~50lb factory GM injectors, with all the data in stock tune files, that you can get for very cheap.

Most guys buy GEN 4 injectors from a flex fuel 6.0 or 6.2 truck from 2007.5+. Those are 50 or 52lb/hr and don't cost alot.

The data can be found in stock files from similar vehicles and then there is a spreadsheet floating around here that lets you convert the GEN 4 data into GEN 3 data.

Axis labels in the spreadsheet don't line up with the late 127lb ECMs.

    What turbo is that?

Ive had good luck with Deatschwerks, Fuel injector connection and Fuel injector clinic on injectors with good data.
