initial tune needed for 6.4 transplant

Hey everyone. Installed a 2018 Scat Pak 6.4 in a 68 Newport. PCM unlocked and have the security cable. Need a tune to basically get the motor and trans to act as a standalone system. Motor and tranny are stock. Rear is out of a hellcat with 3.73. From what I've been told I need the minimum throttle position, RPM and brake switch for the tranny to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you have everything correct and all components needed it should fire up on its own.
