Non HP tuned trans read. strange torque readings ZFHP70

I'm brand new to HP. In the process of switching over from a local tuner who "Locks" tunes with some other software. While I'm waiting for my new PCM so I can get a remote tune, I read the trans tune. Being a lurker I've read and downloaded other.
I'm wondering why the max available torque, under torque management is so low? I've only read one other trans tune on here with this segment. Now I understand that there may be some parameters in the engine tune that could affect this. BUT it does seem awfully low. Any thoughts?

I Honestly liked the stock trans tune better. I'll try retuning to stock to see if I can access the stock file

What vehicle?

Often times different software can read a locked tune. Ie if you're tuned with diablo and the tune is locked you can sometimes read with HPT and view the tune.
I have several 8hp tunes I'd be happy to share depending on the vehicle and year

2021 Durando R/T with a Whipple. I'm pretty sure they just use canned tunes. The general torque rating they have set is 1,400 ft lbs across the board and the line pressure in first gear was quite high
