ZF 6 Speed TCM support HPTUNERS 2022

Hey guys, Can’t seem to find any clear info and all the posts about this died out years ago.
How do I go about matching a ZF TCM with HPTuners?
Is there a repository with different calibrations, similar to pcmtec?
How many different calibrations are there ?
I’ve put a zf from same model (BF) into my bf xr6 and didn’t think to read the tcm before removing transmission from the car, now have mismatch between pcm and tcm, I really don’t want to have to pull the tcm out of old box and hoping someone can clear up how to match pcm with tcm via hptuners which I already own.

    Cheers

What happens when you do a read from the car?

BF to BF should be a lot less pain than BF to FG.

There are 2 calibration levels for BF ZF that I can see 0 and 1. If you mismatch those you will go into limp mode. I checked the release dates and PCM part numbers for those calibration levels and there is no pattern. So that suggests to me its not a MK1 to Mk 3 thing. Those parameters are not available in HP Tuners so you're stuck.

I suggest 3 options, PCMTEC, put the old mech unit in, get in touch with Whiteford on Facebook. 1 & 3 will cost, 2 is free.
