I?ve spoke with HP, they?ve been very helpful but they would like me to update to the newest version. I?m not sure if it?s possible to fix this issue and maintain my current version of HP? I found a post from a few years ago where they had an identical issue. Has anyone ran into this before, and if so how did you go about it? I?ve tried to attach a photo of my vcm log and link to the previous post but it doesn?t seem as if I?m able to.
