2014 Coyote with Ford Racing Gen 1 Control Pack. Need to get tuned. Running rich

I am in the final stages of a Coyote swap in a 1967 Mustang Fastback. It is a 2014 Coyote out of a mustang GT. I am running a Ford Racing Gen 1 control pack. It is backed by a T56 Tremec 6 speed. The cars runs and drives strong but is definitely running on the rich side. I am at the stage where I want to data log and get an updated tune. What is the best route to take? Are there any issues with it not technically having a factory ford VIN in the PCM? Which equipment do I need to order? RTD, RTD+, TDN app? Sorry for my ignorance! Thanks in advance for the help!
