04 silverado tune and no closed loop. O2 not responding

I have an 04 5.3 base tune with manual trans segment swap and o2 sensors will not read so won?t go into closed loop. Other ecu I have works fine in o2 dept. Had other issues with that ecu is why I changed. Any idea what could be happening?

Log file so we can see if it's setting any codes, and tune file so if there aren't any codes we can see if the codes have been turned off. Need something to look at.

Never seen a manual segment swap actually work.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

What issue have you seen in doing so? I used an 04 5.3 auto OS and segment swapped trans from 4.8 manual. It seemed to work.

450mv on the o2 sensors means they are either unplugged or they have a power/ground problem with them.

Can also try flashing back to a non segment swapped file to see if anything changes.

Not unplugged and no power or ground issue. I can plug the old ecu back in and they work properly. I went into the OS portion and modified to MAF and rewrote it and now they are working but still not properly imo.
