Cam timing/ What else can i change in my tune 2019 F150

Hello everyone, I just recently started tuning my 2019 5.0 f150, it currently has a flex fuel tune, 18 GT manifold, shifts at 7400rpm, Mustang IMRC values, is there any room to play around with cam timing? I tried mustang cam timing and it made it worse, ive also tried 25 degrees until 4000 etc, so far stock truck cam timing is the best. you try adjusting the VCT Optimum Power Intake / Exhaust here is ford Crate OP Cams timing. Maybe help if you post a log file with the tune.

updated the cam timing to your specs, ill data log it and post it up.

Does anyone know a way to get around the blank OS screen, I don?t really wanna change everything in my tune again to unlock transbrake and my truck had a rousch calibration on it.
