I am using a stock 2016 lt1 with an 8l90e trans (t87). All the operating systems are from the donor vehicle. The problem I am having is when the Accelerator pedal is depressed the scanner reads 99% at wot but the throttle only opens to around 25%. Tried moving all of the torque limiters up with no improvements. There are no reduced engine power, app, or tp codes being set. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
update: Went and drove truck, after 3 mph the throttle responds and is normal until vehicle is stopped again. Seems to be a brake torque issue but all is removed.
