    Rear O2s necessary with cats?

I?m considering putting high flow cats back I to my cammed LQ9 exhaust for the unburnt fuel smell at idle. Do I need to turn rear O2s back on or should I be ok just to put the cats in and run with it?

You can just put the cats in and keep everything else the same.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
