The map seems to be reading fine independently of everything else. It does have a meth kit ran off of it and the DSX aux pump so we're looking into that now.

Where is the MAP sensor located? I noticed your MAP sensor offsets were changed for the 3 bar. Have you tried setting that back to stock just as a test to see if the desired fuel pressure airmass calc returns to normal? What about the MAP mode to NA-MAP? Just a couple of test ideas.

Just reading through this and I would ask how you would install a cam with a 32% lobe and not require a lash cap?
If you understand how the fuel lobe is modified it would only make sense that it has to have a lash cap installed on it?
I haven't done a lot of these but everyone has required a lash cap, I keep the comp ones and the LS7 ones on hand for the installations.
Take the measurements and see what is comes out like, there are several videos online outlining how to do this.
Hope that helps, I may be wrong but worth another look.

It depends on 2 factors, which high pressure pump and which cam.

Our cams do not require a Lash cap for use with LT4 pump but other cam manufacturers may.

However ours do with LT1 pump.

Thanks I appreciate the response, that is helpful from someone supplying cams.

So, I'm not 100% sure what caused the issue but it was in the tune. I wrote every line back to stock and then started fresh. Car runs great now, no issues with the vacuum or the fuel pressure. I wish we could segment swap more vehicles, would have been easier.

did you every figure it out ? i'm having the same issues. i read the last post about putting everything back to stock. i have a 2018 ss a8 with a 2650 maggy lt4 hsfp and injectors with a dsx low side kit. its a 416 cubic inch lt1 based forged engine on 91 octane. i have the timing low for now until i sort out the fueling issues. has a comp custom ground cam. when hsfp was installed, we checked preload on base circle and it was around .070. low sides at 80 psi but around 4500 rpm high side will drop from 2900 to 1700 then 900 and injector ms goes from 6 to 9 ms when the high side drops. i have started over and had a couple people help me with no luck.

    thanks
