Am I missing something on injector offset/latency?

Just got my HPtuners dongle today and returned ECU to stock (previously on DynoJet PV3) and decided to do some comparing of the stock map I read and the stock map in the DynoJet software. Something that threw me off is the Injector Offset/Latency... They are very different on the same map. Is there something I might be missing here? I'm new to HP Tuners.

Someone fat fingered the scaling. One is scaled in base decimal, the other in hex.
