As Im trying to log via the channels and layouts sent to me by my tuner, my computer shows all the requested channels in grey. When I connect the car all of the grey channels disappear. However, I sent the same file from my computer to a buddies with HP installed and it will read all channels on my car. What would cause my computer not acknowledge the channels? We used the same interface, file, vehicle and cords. The only difference was the computer
