Trans Engine Torque Request Showing 1141 Ft/Lbs on Scanner Always, Why's That?

My 2016 Ram 5.7L with 8 speed shows a Trans Engine Torque Request of 1141 ft/lbs at all times, even prior to startup. Why would this happen? Or what would cause something like this? And would this be the reason I am currently in limp mode. I have much of the torque management still on. I attached tune and log. I am at a total loss here. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a short drive log from today. I also noticed that my log shows 128 degrees as my exhaust cam centerline. And if Im using a Comp Cam Phaser Locker and I only have 3 degrees ground in the cam, then shouldnt my centerline actually be 130 degrees here? Maybe its my timing off a tooth causing limp mode and intermittent codes and maybe even this trans engine torque request of 1141 ft/lbs? Cant say Im knowledgeable enough to say this for sure but maybe someone who is can chime in here...

So I've heard that showing 1141 ft/lbs in the trans engine torque request isnt all that uncommon. But I am hoping someone can clarify what it means when its saying that my trans engine torque request is 1141 ft/lbs and right below that it shows "Max trans engine torque request" and its currently sitting at 111 ft/lbs prior to start-up? Just seems like this would be a problem I guess to me. So shifting focus, I am now noticing that whatever is putting me into limp mode, is doing so intermittently. I can start a scanner log a put my key to accessory and prior to starting i can scroll down to the "Is limp mode active" parameter in my log and watch it toggle back and forth every several seconds between "No" and "Yes", though it seems to say "No" more often than it says "Yes". Has anyone else experienced anything like this or know how to go about finding out what is triggering this to happen? I also notice that my "Final throttle torque request" is at 517 ft/lbs, not sure if that's normal or not.

It's set to that value so the trans torque request can steer clear of the rest of the torque arbitration that is constantly happening. When the trans doesn't need to request reduced torque, it allows for a maximum value.
