2006 300C cam, stumble on part throttle & P0621 code

I did a CompCams 112-700-11 cam in a 2006 300C. The car had a cold air intake and dual exhaust. Got the car running and have done quite a bit of tuning on it, starts well and idle pretty good but a little searching on throttle lift. Aswell in drive when I hold the brakes and give it some gas the throttle light comes on, idle goes crazy and I get a p0621 code and I lose throttle control and scary leans out.

Your Expected Pedal voltage only going to 1v at 100 percent probably a good start to fix that
