    5.9 to 6.7 swap help!

    Hello,
    I have a 2004.5 Ram 2500 with a RevMax Signature 48re. This truck needs injectors! I have a 2012 Ram 3500 4x4 Bually donor truck 'toatled' when I was T-boned.
I need my 04.5 back and little guidance to swap the 6.7 without 'hybriding' .

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
    Thank you.

Posting in the Dodge Diesel section might get better responses..
Might even consider Cummins forum (if you haven't already, I don't get there much anymore)..

First question, Why not just put injectors in the 04.5? (Not from the 2012, but purchased)...

Back in the day the swap between a 04.5 to 07 (not 07.5) was almost plug and play
I know guys have taken 6.7 short blocks and put 5.9 heads and everything else on and it was not an issue (but you need injectors)...

You are jumping way ahead with a 2012, 2 different ECM generations...

I don't think you can do this without making a Frankenstein...
But my practical experience with Cummins modding stops at 2007... My 2003 with 490,000 miles still Trucks down the road every day...
