Years ago I had my ZR1 tuned I told the tuner NOT to lock it he said OK. I?ve since sold it to a buddy who put headers and no cats. He went to have the tune adjusted and it?s LOCKED. Anyone know if HP can unlock it or does he need a new ECM?
