Replaced the PCM in my 2002 corvette and had the VIN flashed w the PCM. Both OS are the same, shows my VIN on both read screens, resync'd Interface and Credits and license key still show this car. Still says unlicensed vehicle.
I've read about others spending 4 credits and still not being able to get in.This PCM replacement is becoming a nightmare.

There are hardware serial numbers in the PCM, so that somebody can't just spend 2 credits the one time and then clone their tune onto multiple PCMs to sell on ebay.

Make a change to that new file and then try to flash it, it should ask for a license then.
Is that what you tried already?

Yeah tried that. I copied my tune over. Just says "unlicensed vehicle" and the options is greyed out. But i purchased two new universal credits and I cant find the application key now. the email receipt was of no help. They used to have a link or something in that.

New MPVI2 interface doesn't need the key. ReSync and it took it.
