Trying to read Ranger 900 crew computer but get error

Hello all

I am working on a 2015 ranger 900 crew and I wanted to be able to read and reset codes easier so i got the 8pin to obd2 adapter and attempted to read it in the scanner.

I get an error saying cannot connect and the gauges on the sidebyside go to all dashes until unhook and rehookup the battery

Any idea?

Are you using the Beta version? I had the same problem until I used the Beta instead of Release. If you do get it to read can you post your stock file?
