    Detect Protocol Failed/ 2021 Renegade XMR 1000

I'm trying to read my 2021 Renegade 1000 and keep getting the message,IMG_3637.jpg Detect Protocol Failed. I just upgraded to the MPVI 2+ and I'm using the latest Beta version. Any help would be awesome.

    According to the website article:

If you have an MPVI2, connect to the internet and try a resync. If that doesn't work, then I would contact support to ensure the ecm is supported.

You must also be connected to the internet when trying to read (download) the ecu tune file.

Yes connected to Wi-Fi. Tried changing firewall settings, tried new version of beta. Switches from no battery power to failed protocol message. Started a help case, they asked for files. I sent today but probably will be two days before get response.

So figured out my hp tuners BRP cable was bad and reason for getting hot. took temp gauge to it and it was 171 degrees. Hp sent me new cable and now it connects to boat, but since its a 2015 ski and me17.8.5 ecu they don't have in database. Sending ecu to hp tuners to add to there database so I can tune it.
