    First write attempt; please help a newbi!

    I had purchased the 6 credits and get a free pcm unlock. I sent in the required items, along with the base tune file. I finally am going to write some calibrations and it is saying my file is not licensed. Do I need to still license the supplied file to be able to tune the file? Did that not include the 6 paid credits already? A

    Any insight or help would be appreciated!

    PS. I dd put in a request with support and am waiting to hear back but thought I would reach out here as well...

    what is your ticket number?

    are you sure that is the right ticket number? That doesn't appear to match your email address or your particular issue.
