Datalogging with Channels

Hey everyone. Very new to tuning and need some help. I have a 2017 Mustang and working on data logging for the tune I loaded. My tuner sent me steps to log which were 3 mins at idle, then RPM logs at 1,500, 2,000, 2,500 and 3,000 for 15 seconds each. Also, just a general driving log not at WOT. I understand all this so far but he sent me an email that had two channels. Do I use one channel to do the general driving and one channel to do the RPM and Idle logs?

You load both of those. One is for your graphs etc and the other is for the channels your tuner wants.
