Just go back to stock intake+TB check all your hoses, clean MAF, check plugs ect. make this easier on yourself and your tuner. once its good work on the upgrades.

Thanks for the idea. But I don't have the stock TB or supercharger anymore. I have replaced the MAF and the plugs. That is what is making it harder is that I tore the engine down and made all of these changes at once.

So I took a recommendation and decided to over with the tune. So I went back to the base tune with the some throttle body data and the injector data. Car doesn't run to bad. Runs rich. But the oddest thing I wanted to see if anyone had heard of. If I don't keep the car above 1500 RPMs until the 02 sensors kick in it will do injector cut. If I keep it above 1500 until they kick in then it runs pretty good without issues except rich.
