    2013 F150 5.0l raising rpm cutoff

I'm not familiar at all with Ford tuning. I have a work buddy who wants to change a few things in his tune and its literally the first time looking at a Ford calibration. The main thing he wants done is raising the rev limiter when in park/neutral. I raised the neutral cutoff to 5500, flashed the tune but it's still not exceeding 4,000 rpms. Is there another limiter table for these Fords? Thanks

Edit: also I did the RPM limit OS patch and that did not do anything either.13f150AArongibsonrpmlimit.hpt

Try [ECM] 44799, ETC Torque Max vs RPM. It's used in park neutral.
